When a dad leaked information about the content of the 11+ paper earlier this year, teachers, parents and students were shocked alike. The entire year had to sit the exam again and students were furious about the extra effort they had to take. The man responsible for the re-sit, now has to take responsibility for his actions. He has lost his appeal against court in which he highlights that he is not aware of anything wrong that he had done. It was never explicitly stated that the exam questions are confidential and so he did not see why his actions of putting the content online were unlawful, the dad says. The court rejects his objections and has now ruled him guilty. The punishment is still under debate.
