Charless Saatchi has announced that he is going to sell 100 paintings to keep his art gallery free. Saatchi states that the project has always been sensitive to financial issues. However, to continue granting more than 1000 school classes a year access to his art, he decided to sell some of the pieces. Mister Saatchi owns two gallery of which one is situated on Kingsroad in London and one is situated in New York. He notes 1.5 Million visitors a year. To avoid further funding issues, he has announced a close collaboration with commercial galleries.
