As in many other fields, in education the people who create the rules are often not part of the game. In that way all the politicians discussing ideas of improving the educational system have not been to a school since they have graduated themselves and this is reflected in the methods they suggest according to teachers. Hence, teachers try to start an initiative themselves by publishing a selection of short essay containing suggestions for improvement in the system taken from their own personal experience.
Teachers at Thy English Academy support this initiative strongly and agree with their views fully. Imagine you would make suggestions to improve a technology company when you are an artist – it just does not work.
