Art funding are often used in specific programs that are only accessible for a certain group of citizens. Hence, a lot of people miss out on the money invested in art and culture and feel that there is not enough done to have an impact on everyone’s life. King’s College London has now proposed to open up Art and Culture hubs in the city which are accessible for everyone and people who have creative ideas have a space to try out new things. This would be a way to include everyone and the funding would be more evenly distributed. However, if this idea actually comes to life is not decided, yet.
