Many of us have noticed the warning messages on Busstop signs informing Londoners about high levels of air pollution. Now, Redbridge Council has also raised concerns regarding the high air pollution. On a scale lead by Kings College London these days pollution has reached a level of 8 (scale 1-10). All citizens are asked to stay inside as much as possible and reframe from exercising outside. This warning is issued to all Londoners, independent from everyone’s physical state or age. Air pollution must be reduced, the London mayor states. It is at our responsibility to make sure the air does not constitute a health risk to our population. Punishments for people leaving their cars running when not needed, might be imposed.
