BBC’s Victoria Derbyshire programme has found shocking results about the number of children that get lost in bureaucracy. Apparently 3897 school-age children cannot be found in any school registry and might be taught in illegal private schools or not at all. How can this happen? Authorities state that the main reason for children disappearing is relocation.
