With “only 40% of large employers have policies setting out how managers should support carers,” the majority (60%) don’t have supportive policies at work.
We are aware of these distressing social-economical factors building further pain during tragic times. We lift our faith at such times in dedication to our people and spread a positive impact on every relationship at the Academy that are parallel to our beliefs in unity. We will remain unwavering on our commitment to everybody on this journey with us. As always, colleagues will receive full pay on time, bonuses and healthcare tools whilst working wonderfully from home or taking time off to care and support themselves and their loved ones.
