In Puducherry a pilot programme hast recently started introducing technology to Higher Secondary Schools there in order to make the learning experience more interactive. Pupils get to learn key skills in Mathemathics, Sciences and all other subjects with the help of online tools. 130 pupils were allowed to take place in the programme sponsored by the Oil and Natural Gas Commission. Teachers encouraged students to make the most of the initiative as long as it is running.
We find this project particularly beneficial because it combines modern technology with rural teaching methods. The more people become aware of these opportunities the more chances they will have in their future life.
